Kelly Brothers has all the equipment needed for layout and design of your mechanical systems, by utilizing the latest in software innovations. We are the only mechanical contractor in the Tallahassee area that has in-house BIM capabilities, from initial layout and design, to full MEP coordination and conflict resolution.

We utilize the Revit platform for all 3D modeling and Navisworks for all conflict resolution issues. Each and every piece of duct and pipe is pre-fabricated directly from these coordinated files.

We can also assume the lead role for all coordination and conflict resolution for the MEP trades.
We are also the only local mechanical contractor with an in-house ability to convert all digital design files to on-site laser location; for ease in the layout of duct, pipe and hanger locating, utilizing the Trimble Work Station.
